  3. After 20 mins switched off the flame and cool it for 20 mins. Than cut into pieces, sprinkle some water and add tempering of oil, mustard seeds on it. If you don't like spicy taste than no need to add gravy you can directly serve it with onions and sev namkeen..
  4. Now for gravy preparation take all 3 dal, black pepper, cinnamon, clove in pan and roast it for 3-5 min with continue stirring. Cool it down and grind it without adding water. Than transfer it in seperate bowl and add 3-4 tbsp water to make paste..
  5. Add 3-4 cup water gradually in it and mix it properly without having any lumps in it. Now take pan heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and remaining gravy ingredients. Add prepared dal mixture in it and cook for 10-15 min it will become thick..
  6. Take chopped tomato and onion in bowl and sprinkle red chilly, chat masala and salt on it and mix it. Take a deep plate or bowl first add crushed khaman than add hot gravy and salad mixture and on top of it add sev namkeen and coriander leaves. Serve hot gravy only..
