Ingredients of Mawa Laddu
- It's of Gram Flour.
- Prepare of grated Mawa/ Khoya/ dried Milk.
- Prepare of Semolina.
- You need of Ghee.
- You need of cardamom powder.
- You need of condensed milk.

Mawa Laddu step by step
- Heat ghee in a pan, add gram flour in it & stir for 3-5 mins on low flame. Add grated khoya and stir well for some time..
- Roast semolina in another pan & add roasted semolina and cardamom powder in the besan mixture. Stir again for 2 mins..
- Add condensed milk in the mixture, mix it well & stir continuously so that the mixture becomes thick. When the mixture gets separated from the pan, take it off from the gas..
- Let it cool a bit so that it turns to a lukewarm mixture, apply ghee in your palms & make laddus out of the mixture. Make all the laddus in this process & your Mawa Laddus are ready to serve!.
Take out bowl from microwave and crumble with help of a spoon. In this recipe of Til Mawa Ladoo, we use the distinctively nutty flavor of til blended with Mawa (Khoya) to create a perfectly sweet Indian Mithai. I had some left over mawa after trying Mohanthal recipe, which i had shared earlier.
