Ingredients of Mawa jalebi
- You need of maida.
- It's of water.
- It's of mawa.
- It's of Cardamom par Ghee for frying 1.
- It's of sugar.

- Chashni,,make chashni of 1 string.
- Jalebi betar,,maida and water mix together,in thic paste,ke,give rest for an hour.
- Mix mawa in maida bater,and beat make soft.
- Take bater in a cloth and,make hole in cloth make jalebi in a pan. With ghee.
- Soak in sugar syrup.
Now, add ghee and food colour in the above mixture. To make a thick batter add hung curd and water. Mix well until it is thick but has a slightly flowing consistency.
